1. Overview

This Privacy Policy describes how GODMODE ("the Service") collects, uses, and handles information when you use godmode.fun. We are committed to transparency about our data practices.

2. Information We Collect

We do NOT collect:

Personal names, email addresses, phone numbers, or physical addresses
Government-issued identification
Financial account information (bank accounts, credit cards)
Private keys or seed phrases
IP addresses for tracking purposes

We DO collect and store:

Publicly available blockchain data: Wallet addresses, transaction histories, token balances, and funding sources — all of which are already publicly visible on the Solana blockchain
Analysis results: Risk scores, verdicts, detected bundle clusters, and other analytical outputs derived from public blockchain data
Session tokens: Temporary authentication tokens stored in your browser's sessionStorage
User preferences: Language setting, scan depth settings, and Helius API key (if provided) — stored in your browser's localStorage

3. Wallet Connection

When you connect your Solana wallet we read only your public wallet address (never your private key), check your $GODMODE token balance via a read-only RPC call, and do not request transaction signing permissions.

4. Cookies and Local Storage

The Service uses browser localStorage (not traditional cookies) to store language preference, Helius API key (if provided), scan settings, and cookie consent status. Session tokens are stored in sessionStorage and auto-deleted when the tab closes.

We do not use third-party tracking cookies, analytics services (Google Analytics, etc.), or advertising pixels.

5. Database Storage

Our server-side database stores wallet analysis results, token scan results, and scan history. All data stored is derived from publicly available blockchain information. No private or personally identifiable information is stored.

6. Third-Party Data Sharing

We share data with: Helius API (wallet addresses and token mints for on-chain data retrieval), xAI (Grok) (AI Assistant queries), Solana RPC (standard RPC calls). We do not sell, rent, or share data with advertisers or data brokers.

7. Custom Helius API Key

If you provide a custom Helius API key, it is stored only in your browser's localStorage. API calls with your key go directly to Helius from your browser. We never see, log, or store your API key on our servers.

8. Data Retention

Server-side analysis data is retained indefinitely to build a comprehensive intelligence database. Since all stored data is derived from public blockchain information, there is no personal data to delete.

9. Security

We implement HTTPS encryption, token-based API authentication, server-side API key proxying, and input sanitization. However, no system is 100% secure. Use the Service at your own risk.

10. Your Rights

You can at any time: clear localStorage, disconnect wallet, remove API key, or decline cookies.
