By accessing and using GODMODE ("the Service"), available at godmode.fun, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately stop using the Service.

GODMODE is a blockchain analytics and intelligence tool that provides on-chain data analysis for the Solana network. The Service aggregates publicly available blockchain data including wallet activity, token holder distributions, funding sources, and transaction patterns.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or timeliness of any data or analysis provided.
3. Not Financial Advice
Nothing on this website constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. All data, analyses, risk scores, verdicts, threat assessments, and classifications (including but not limited to "BUNDLER," "CLEAN," "HIGH RISK," "SUSPICIOUS," etc.) are automated algorithmic outputs based on on-chain data patterns and should not be interpreted as recommendations to buy, sell, hold, or trade any digital asset.
You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions. Always conduct your own research (DYOR) and consult qualified financial advisors before making any financial decisions.
4. $GODMODE Token Disclaimer
$GODMODE is a memecoin/community token with no intrinsic value. It is not a security, investment contract, or financial instrument. The $GODMODE token has no guaranteed value and may lose all value at any time, is not backed by any assets, revenue, or profits, and does not represent equity, ownership, or rights in any entity.
Purchasing, holding, or trading $GODMODE carries significant risk of total financial loss. Never invest more than you can afford to lose.

By using the Service, you acknowledge:
- Data accuracy: On-chain analysis may produce false positives or false negatives. Wallets flagged as "suspicious" or "bundlers" may be legitimate, and wallets classified as "clean" may be malicious.
- Blockchain risks: The Solana network and related protocols may experience outages, bugs, exploits, or other issues outside our control.
- API dependencies: The Service relies on third-party APIs (including Helius) which may become unavailable, change, or return incorrect data.
- Wallet connection risks: Connecting your Solana wallet to verify token holdings is at your own risk.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GODMODE, its creators, operators, contributors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, funds, or digital assets, arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the Service.
7. User Conduct
You agree not to use the Service to facilitate market manipulation, fraud, or any illegal activity; attempt to reverse-engineer, overload, or disrupt the Service; abuse API endpoints; or misrepresent analysis results as official audits.
8. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with Helius API, xAI (Grok), Solana RPC nodes, and wallet providers. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or security of these third-party services.
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
